Spacion is a UK digital surveying, reality capture and BIM specialist. We help project teams replace assumptions with accurate, usable information, from existing-condition surveys through design, construction, verification and handover.

We start with the project requirement, not the technology.

We are not a conventional survey company that stops at capture. Our team combines experience from architectural practice, main contracting, surveying and BIM delivery, so we understand how information needs to work once it leaves site.

That perspective helps us recommend the right level of capture, modelling and support, avoiding unnecessary work and giving architects, engineers, contractors and asset teams information they can use immediately.
